Rocky Mountain National Park Public Viewing Sessions.


  Volunteers from the Northern Colorado Astronomical Society will be assisting with public viewing
sessions for visitors to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Through a grant, the Park obtained two eight inch Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes. NCAS volunteers
may supplement these two with their own personal scopes.

WHEN?

Viewing sessions are scheduled for Friday's, near the first and last quarter of the moon, through August.

Sessions will begin at 9:00 pm local time.

WHERE?

Near the Beaver Meadows trailhead. Check at the visitor centers for details.
